Delete your Daystone data
This page describes the playtest version and will be updated before release.
You can delete everything Daystone has saved about you.
In the game (fastest)
Open Settings, then Delete my saved data, and confirm. This removes your runs, moves, ratings, difficulty models, ad events, device-speed records, shards, streak, settings and any notes you sent, and resets your consent. It cannot be undone.
Without the game
Email support@haldara.com with the subject "Delete my Daystone data" and your player id. In the game the id is under Settings, Your player id (tap to copy). We delete the data and reply once it is done, within 30 days.
What we keep
Nothing tied to you. Counts that cannot identify you, for example how many runs were played on a day, may remain.
