Daystone terms of use
These terms are for the Daystone playtest and will be replaced before the game is released.

Who may play
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian first.
The game
Daystone is a daily puzzle game. This is a test version: rules, scores, rewards and difficulty can change, and progress, shards and streaks may be reset. Ads and any purchases you see are simulated and cost nothing.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, reverse engineer or tamper with the game or its server, interfere with other players, or try to reach data that is not yours. We may end or reset accounts that do.
Your account
Keep your username and password to yourself. You can delete your saved data at any time in Settings.
Feedback
If you send us a note or a rating, you let us use it to improve the game without payment or credit.
Our content
The game, its art, sound and code belong to Haldara LLC or its licensors. You may play it. You may not copy or sell it.
No warranty
The game is provided as is, with no promise that it is error-free or always available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Haldara LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you cannot lose by law.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or stop the game. Using it after a change means you accept the change.
Law
Georgia, USA law applies, except where your local law says otherwise.
